RE: Payroll Provider Changes
Effective: February 20, 2022
On Monday, February 20, 2022, our payroll provider who processes All of the company’s direct deposit and payroll information will be switching/transitioning
from SunTrust Bank and BB&T to Truist Bank due to the recent merger between the Banks in December 2019.
All emails, correspondences, communications and notifications that you were receiving in regards to your payroll direct deposits and etc. from SunTrust Bank (CHNS payroll provider) will now be coming directly from Truist Bank. As far as we were told, you don’t have to do anything with your bank account and routing numbers you currently have for your checking or savings account since that current information will still be the same as before during the transitioning and transferring process to Truist Bank.
However, All Nurses, CNA’s & Caregivers who have personal or business bank accounts (checking or savings) currently thru SunTrust Bank & BB&T will be directly affected as well.
As far as we are told, you don’t have to do anything as far as your bank account and routing numbers to your checking or savings account since that current information will still be the same as it transfers/transitions to Truist Bank.
